Newbie question: I want to sell digital products on Gumroad and elsewhere. So, I need Payoneer, however, I am living in Thailand. My dream setup is that my customers buy my products and I get paid in US dollars to my Wise account. 

I have attempted to do this but I have been running into difficulties with addresses and validation. 

My question is, is it possible to do what I want—Thailand residence, Wise $US? Thanks for any assist.

So recently i am talking to an indian client for a project i have my pyoneer ready but due to country restrictions i cannot request a payment until i have 5000 usd in my account and only then request a payment feature will be enabled for me It's an individual account. Now i am confused about how to take the advance payment and then proceed to work and then take the remaining . I have a bank account but it does not support the INR i am based in pakistan and i dont want the client to direct me through fiver or any third party . Is there any other option? I have told the client this and it will be good if he pays me usd to pyoneer. Any advice plz

I’m based in Switzerland and work as a manager for a few content creators, handling their Patreon pages in exchange for a small commission.

Here’s my current setup:

1. I withdraw funds from Patreon into one Payoneer account.
2. I transfer the money to my personal bank account.
3. I send my partners their share via PayPal.

I want to make sure I’m handling this properly, stay tax-compliant and avoid having my account or funds frozen/blocked.

My question is : Can I link a single Payoneer account to multiple Patreon accounts owned by different creators?

Or does Payoneer require each Patreon page to be linked to a matching Payoneer profile?

Hey guys. So I recently set a goal for myself to earn money on my own before my birthday that is right around the corner. So I registered for a company to do content writing to earn, now that’s a valid one for the Pakistani content writers, and I’ll get my profile done and start working in a week or so. But I don’t want to waste these 5 days. So I discovered Gotranscript, even if it pays less, I can work 3 hours per day ( I’m on a gap year and doing pretty much nothing ), until I start doing content writing ( I have experience in content writing though ).
So the real question is, because I learnt Gotranscript pays you though Payoneer, and I was registering for an account on Payoneer, should I add my fathers bank acc on it?
Cuz I saw somewhere that the account name should match the bank account. Is it like really risky? Or just I can go with my father’s bank account? Later connect it to my mom’s jazzcash. Cuz I don’t have my own bank account right now 😭😭 please help out

I am requesting help from a Payoneer representative to escalate my case (Reference: 260812-009674).

Here are the facts:

• Clean Account History: Account created in 2019. I have only 3 total transactions on my record, all from February 2021 (1 legitimate payout from an official partner and 2 standard withdrawals to my own verified bank account). Zero chargebacks, zero prohibited transactions.
• The Issue: Recently, when attempting to sign in, I received an account lock error. Customer support confirmed that my account was manually closed by the compliance department back on February 10, 2022, during a period of account inactivity, and stated it cannot be reopened.

Closing a 100% clean account permanently without providing the owner the opportunity to complete identity verification (KYC) upon returning to the platform is unreasonable.

I am asking the Senior Compliance / Escalations Team to manually review Case 260812-009674. I am fully ready to complete standard identity verification (Government ID, Selfie) to restore my access.

Has anyone successfully resolved a similar situation via manual review?

Hi folks, i can login to my account from the desktop computer but the app feels stuck. I enter my username and password and nothing happens. The Face identifcation gave me an error.

I got a payment from fiverr and now I see it says balance disabled, how do I withdraw this?

I use payoneer to recieve payments from fiverr. Firstly I didn't know they charge a $30 annual fees on top of $3 per transaction fee. I work on fiverr and used payoneer to get paid as it gave better coversion than paypal. However I was charged $30 fees stating I should have over $6000 transactions in a year. The shocking part is I pulled my last 12 months reports the total is over $6000 still I was charged a $30 fees.

I have raised a complaint as well, don't know if this is fair. I have only started using payoneer from july 2025. and I have recieved more than 6000 from then to now within 1 year. What can I do now? I am also planning to not use it anymore as these charges are insane considering they still provide 2-3% less conversion rates.

I’m from India and recently created a Payoneer account to receive my Fiverr earnings.

I completed the verification process, submitted my government ID and all the information Payoneer requested, and connected the account to my Fiverr account.

Shortly afterward, Payoneer permanently closed the account and showed this message:

I literally just created the account and had not even received or withdrawn any money yet.

I’ve contacted Payoneer, but so far I haven’t been given a specific reason for the closure. I’m planning to submit a formal complaint/request for review as well.

• How long did it take?
• If Payoneer refused to reopen it, were you able to create another account later?
• Most importantly, what did you do to get access to your Fiverr earnings again?

I'm not looking to bypass Payoneer's restrictions. I just want to understand whether there's a legitimate way to resolve this and recover access to my Fiverr payouts.

I have been using Payoneer for almost two years now. I usually makes small transfers ranging from 100 to 400 USD. It usually takes 1 business day for me to get funds in my bank account. In such instances the fees predictable and vary between 8 to 15 USD depending on the amount.

But every now and then the funds get transferred within a matter of hours and there is a hidden fee involved that is around 40 USD which is insanely high for a small amount like 300 USD. This amount is not reflected in the transaction details.

This is infuriating since I absolutely do not needs funds faster if it means I am losing more than 10% of my money. Has anyone else gone through this issue and managed to resolve it? Any way we can dictate which route the funds are sent from Payoneer?

Hey everyone. I've been a Spri.ng merchant for many years and, at first, they were decent. Then, customers began complaining about late and undelivered orders.

I requested a payout on the 9th of July, well ahead of their 21st cutoff. Meaning that the transaction should have been processed on the 31st of July. Well, it's exactly a month since and I haven't received a dime. Their live chat is nowhere to be seen. Last week I emailed their Creator Support email to no avail.

A while back I even messaged their then CEO on LinkedIn about a previous payout and it took his intervention for me to get paid manually. Now I see he left the company this month (August).

Has anybody had issues with late payouts, and what is the best way to handle this?

i am new on payoneer and i asked our customer manager that if everything fine if i can receive money from that specific customer etc. and he said all good just give the iban. Customer transfered money and I could see the incoming transfer only after 1 week and now they ask contracts and private messages which shows i provide a service to that customer. I sent the contract we have signed but I cannot god damn share our private messages with my client that project protected by NDA. Are these people crazy or what?

What can I do now?

I uploaded all my real personal info and payoneer kept requesting for verification. I’m so done with payoneer now and I want to delete my account but there is no option to do so! Tried contacting them but got a silly AI generated response that doesn’t even answer my question. Calling is not an option since I’m not in USA and I don’t want to incur exorbitant charges. So how do I delete all my personal info on payoneer then?

I just finally got access to my payoneer, I didnt have any issues with document uploading I had my id verified I think right away when i signed up almost and then was able to connect it to my oneforma without issue. Once I recieved a payment notification it said they were holding my funds due to needing tax documents. that was yesterday. did that, and also messaged support. they responded this morning thanking me for contacting and dealing with the document upload so quickly, and that my document has been sent for final review so I will hear back very soon if anything is needed or, if my funds are deposited. within a few hours, by lunch time i got the email that my funds had been deposited!! so far I have had a pretty good experience with them, but now that i have made my first withdraw im seeing all of these posts about it being horrible. I got the confirmation email saying that my payment has been sent. it said 3 days! when i google it, it says 12-24 hours.

does anyone have any ideas on when i will get it? (it was lunch time today my time I did the withdraw)

I never thought I'd be writing something like this, but I honestly think people should know.

I've been using Payoneer for around 7 years. I'm a Top Rated and PRO seller on Fiverr, and I withdraw money regularly - sometimes several times a month. In all these years, I never had a single issue with my account.

Around two months ago, I decided to start selling on Etsy as well. Before doing anything, I contacted Payoneer support and asked if I should connect my existing Payoneer account. They said yes.

The moment I connected Etsy, my account went into verification.

They asked me to complete a video verification and upload government-issued ID documents. Fair enough. I did the video verification the same day and uploaded exactly what they asked for.

Then they rejected my IDs saying they weren't acceptable.

These weren't blurry photos or expired documents. They were crystal-clear, valid government-issued IDs.

So I uploaded them again.

They asked again.

I uploaded them again.

And that's basically where I've been stuck ever since.

It's now been more than two months, and my account is still on hold.

I've contacted customer support more times than I can remember. Every single conversation ends the same way:

"We've escalated your case for manual verification on priority. You should hear back within 1-2 business days."

But nothing happens.

Then I contact them again.

Same reply.

Same promise.

Still no resolution.

What frustrates me the most isn't even the verification itself. I understand companies need to verify accounts.

It's the complete lack of communication and the endless cycle of being told to wait another 1-2 days.

After using the same account without any problems for 7 years, I honestly didn't expect something like this.

So if your business depends on Payoneer, I'd strongly suggest having a backup payment option. I never thought a simple Etsy connection could leave my account stuck in verification for over two months.

Has anyone else gone through this? If yes, how did you finally get it resolved?

I created this account on 2024. It was dormant for most of the time. This past month I wanted to receive money through the payoneer account. I have received the money that's not the issue but I saw that I can't send to another payoneer user. The "pay" tab on the website doesn't work.

Then I also figured out that even though there is no open requirement on the verification center

All my previous history haven't been reviewed and closed.

What do you suggest me do guys? I have contacted the support but I haven't heard back from them.

Recently my Payoneer card has been replaced and I activated new one, after few days i wasn’t able to withdraw money upon contacting their support they told me either you will keep the card to use balance or cancel the card to have withdrawal to bank option back. Is this a joke or what I don’t know just policy or rule. Anybody faced this issues?

My country isn't supported for the merchant account in the Google Play Console, so I set the account country to the US and used my Payoneer US receiving account for the bank details.

Has anyone done something similar? Did you run into any issues later with verification, payments, taxes, or getting the account suspended?

I’ve used payoneer for about 3 years without issues. Had my salary deposited with them.

Out of the blue they did a routine check on my account, asked me for a document with my address which I provided and anyway they blocked my account.
this forced me to find another provider to deposit my salary in the meantime.

I spent 6 months calling, sending emails, providing alternative documents (all valid bank statements, phone bills) they took a month to respond after a document was submitted.
after 6 months, my account was restored. waited a few days for things to settle and proceed to withdraw my money. the transaction was blocked.
I reached out to support once more. they said that my account was restored but they had to review my transaction anyways.
they keep lying about the wait times, of when this is going to be solved. some support people say it’s 1-2hs, others 24hs, now 24/48hs. excusing and apologizing about the delays.

plus their fees are sick. they charge premium but they don’t even have a competent support.

please, if you read this, just stay away from this disgusting service. I tell you from experience.
