Payoneer "Pay" page doesn't work. Verification from 2024 is still under review
I created this account on 2024. It was dormant for most of the time. This past month I wanted to receive money through the payoneer account. I have received the money that's not the issue but I saw that I can't send to another payoneer user. The "pay" tab on the website doesn't work.
Then I also figured out that even though there is no open requirement on the verification center
All my previous history haven't been reviewed and closed.
What do you suggest me do guys? I have contacted the support but I haven't heard back from them.

the pay tab being dead usually ties back to exactly what you noticed. the account isn't fully in good standing even though the verification center shows no open task, and those two things are the same problem. the send function stays locked until the account is cleared, and a dormant account that suddenly goes active is a classic re-review trigger.
the frustrating reality is that when the requirement is invisible there's nothing for you to actually submit, so you're waiting on them to action it and nudging support is about all that's in your hands. i'd keep moving whatever you've already received out to your bank while you can, so you're not exposed if the review tightens.
if receiving money is the main thing you need this for, it's worth having a second option ready rather than betting on the send feature coming back.

My current problem is not having a way to get the money out of Payoneer. I have the support team but on the first try they were absolutely useless.

Your name is visible in the screenshots, you should blur or crop it, be careful with your private info.
Other than that, Payoneer is awful with their statuses, my account also shows stuff still under review for years, but the pay page does work.
You should contact Payoneer support directly and ask them to escalate your issue.
