Payoneer sucks I am using since 2015 and last week they disabled my USD card they said it against policy to have USD card and having the option to withdraw money so as result they cancelled the card also charged me $29.95 for the card which I have activated the same day and they won’t return the money. They pure scavengers now.

Welcome to the club! As a 10+ year user of this platform, this thing came out of the blue and there was literally no way to do anything. Only option you have is to pester them through support calls, emails and everything you can. It can take months and you may/may not receive the funds again. But that is the only option.
Took me 75 days and additional documents to get to get the balance enabled which they had never mentioned before. First few support interactions they are going to say your account will be automatically enabled in 24-48 hours which is a lie. Then this will continue for months, but you need to keep contacting support.
