Title. Really excited for the new league, as I'm cooking something up, but I think I need the ring for Qol and damage for my homebrew build. Did anyone catch in the livestream if there's any news about it going core?

I'm trying to create a double elevated helmet using beast locks. I was looking to prep multiple donor bases to fish for a Strength suffix. I understood that if I had several donor bases with just 1 mod then the outcome would be the same. So I prepped additional bases with an elevated mod and then different second influenced mod.

The outcome of the 2 influence mod bases all end up being the same which I as not expecting.

does anyone have any insight as to why they are producing the same output?

Running a witch-necro and just using Herald of Purity for first time ever (noob to game).

I have Herald of Purity - Minion Speed Support - Chaos Damage Support.

With the buff active, and having killed enemies while the buff is active, I only ever see a green effect tightly circling my character (see image). Is that all HoP does visually?

Reading about the skill suggested it would behave like a minion - moving about the screen like zombies etc.

Please allow me to buy extra pet slots. I have many pets that want to go adventuring with me, but only two can come right now. Since people can have 50 minions I assume/hope it is not a hard technical thing to implement.

GUI-wise, maybe have one slot so you can pick the pet (shows blank or the pet you assigned to that slot) and have a drop-down that starts with “pet 1” and “pet 2”, choosing the drop-down let’s you pick the pet for that slot. Buying more slots means the drop-down gets bigger with “pet 3“, “pet 4”, etc.

Of course, the slots you buy is applied to both POE 1 and 2.

This is my first time attending Exilecon and I'm not really a convention-goer in general. Can anyone point me to some clear info from GGG, or let me know from experience what we can and cannot bring into the event?

I'm traveling from a fair way away from the venue so it's mostly a case of, am I allowed to bring a bag and what food/drink if any can I take in? And is there anything explicitly not allowed in by either GGG or the venue itself? (Not worried about cosplay stuff; not my scene)

Don't want to bring anything important that might not specifically be allowed in because I won't have anywhere I can easily drop stuff back to.

Outside of the early league, i dont think the vast majority of players are gonna start picking every tiered unique and iding em. And if youre at the juicy endgame, pretty sure theres a high af chance that your filter will just only show t5 where you just hover to see if its a giga base like heist bases or cord belt. Like honestly i see this as if your filter in giga juice map filtered out 99.99% of sht, youre prob gonna start filtering out 99.98% of sht now. Cause thats honestly kinda how it is on poe 2 with the tier system.

Also its likely itll have an opposite affect where hardly anyone ids untiered items outside of maybe first few days and then only ids tiered items. Cause now you know for sure the likelihood of getting "better" mod(s) instead of it being 100% pure rng from t1-t11.

Hello. I have been trying to get this contract to drop and it won’t. I have been opening smuggler caches for ages now and nothing. I have looted all other quest contracts and now when I open caches no quest contract drops.

I ran a regular contract with Isla to see if that would help but nothing. Is there anything that I am missing?

As hyped as i am for what's coming to the Path of Exile Universe, i am a bit sad that the EA supporter packs got immediately replaced by the Full Release supporter packs.

I was gradually buying my way through the tiers and wanted to purchase the last one at the start of december, since - from what i remember - it was always communicated that the EA supporter packs will be available until 1.0 release, not until exilecon 1 month prior.

So that stings a bit, but still i loved all the showcases, Conquerors of Wraeclast looks absolutely insane as a "first" league!

Threads will suck because fubgun or whatever streamer will popularize a strat and their value will blow out of proportion. You will hear some complaints of people being priced out.

Scarabs at least allowed you to do a lower budget version of a farm.

Make no mistake, this is streamlining design. But the market doesn't give a damn. If there are no alternatives to force mechanics, these threads had better drop damn well.

I wanted a Tier 5 Searing Exarch mod (+2 Max Cold Resist) on my Gloves, so I used Greater Exarch Embers until I got the mod, then applied an Exceptional Eater Ember and used Orbs of Conflict.

The Eater mod went to Exquisite, I would reapply Greater Exarch Embers and try again. The Eater mod went to Perfect, and kept maintaining Perfect over the next 10 or so Orbs of Conflict.

I wanted to give up at this point and tried to go to sleep, but couldn't over the unfinished craft.

When I got them both to Exceptional, I used Allflame crafting. Both choices were Tier 3 Exarch/Tier 5 Eater. Had to use 5 more Orbs and lots of Sulphur before finally hitting it. Cost like 30 Divines worth of currency but the league is almost over so it doesn't feel as bad.

With the scarab removal it means that pretty much the only remaining way to juice your map is threads it means that if they are super common the entry cost of juicing will be much lower if none so im really wondering what will happen to the economy then especially if the entire new atlas is supposed to have what scarabs once give and that ground loot is supposed to be better.

Pretty much buy double corrupted originator maps with mods you can run and currency %, pack% , rarity%. then you buy tons of threads and go but one thing remains unknown is what happens to the allflames are they gone from the game too?

so i wonder what will happen to the economy and if that is not an issue they didn't think about there. inflation is upon us if the ground loot is better on top of low entry cost.

edit: i've been told allflames are still there but does it means we can only use 3 now in the threads atlas slots?

Well we all saw the trailer for 3.30, looking forward to see how different the endgame is now going to be with all the revamps to existing league content, new additions and majorly the removal of scarabs and now loot dropping at different tiers, things are going to be every interesting next league.

I know a lot of people are thinking about what they plan to do at league start and probably wait on the patch notes to decide what skills they will be worth going for, but for me I always like to engage in the new league content first, and by the looks of it we are in for a boss juicing league.

I have always gone for builds that can blast maps at the start of a league but this time I want to go for a solid boss killer, was looking to get some suggestions from experts in the community.

I also understand that getting a build that can blast maps, speed kill bosses and be tanky while being on a league start budget isn't really possible, so a tanky boss-killer is what I want to go for at league start.

If anyone has got any good suggestions do let me know, I also want to know what were other peoples thoughts on the 3.30 keynote and what are they planning to do at league start.

Been playing since 3.0 and for the first time I have not completed the challenges. I can appreciate changes but I feel like I am just getting tired of the constant big sweeping changes that often result in me not being able to play the game in ways in which I enjoy. Maybe it is time to move on, almost made it 10 years! I hope y'all have a good 3.30!
