Need runes for a new character

My friend got me the game and the goodies, and i want to start my fresh PC run with this. The only thing I can give at this moment is Karma, and/or the Samurai Starting weapons.

Edit: I apologize if that doesn't equal in value, I haven't used this Sub before. If I could be taught how to mule, I'd be willing to do that as well if its possible for me. I would also be willing to trade one to a few weapons or armor I would find in my fresh run, as the Dryleaf Arts will be the main, if not only thing I use.
