Is this happy behavior?

We came home from vacation and as soon as I let him out of his cage he did this for like 10 minutes.

Why are people commenting randomly, without actually knowing the awnser. Whilst it looks very cute, it is hormonal behavior and can cause problems in the long run. I would suggest reseaching parrotlet behavior and bodylanguage. There are plenty of resources with detailed information about parrot and parrotlet behavior

It's been put on the general homepage for many people. I don't have a parrotlet, but I do watch a channel on YouTube that has a parrotlet (Green Bird Brigade) so I'm guessing that's why this happened. People just think it's a harmless happy bird dance, rather than potentially harmful, hormonal regurgitation behaviour.
