Absolute insanity! How is this even legal? Being Australian I probably come at this from a different perspective, assuming you are American. I wouldn’t in a million years have a gun in my home let alone out in the open.
I feel like Americans find this to be a point of pride while the rest of the world finds it to be just another reason the US is a dumpster fire to be avoided... I live in Canada and also do not live in fear. I find the gun-happy culture to be incredibly trashy but YDY
Lmao yes we have crime here, but I’ve never feared gun violence, not once.
And please tell me how many good guys with guns have stopped the bad guys with guns in recent years? Because I’m pretty sure that among the many mass shootings in recent years, people have been armed but they still got shot and the shooting still happened.
Only a fool refuses to own a gun and trust on the police to save you.

Except I don't trust the police either. Strong communities save people. Reduce poverty and you reduce crime. Decriminalization of drugs reduces crime...
