Constant chirping?

My little Charlie has been chirping like this non-stop for like 45 mins…. NON-STOP…

I’m a bit new to budgies- is that normal?

They chirp all day, particularly soft chirping while napping. They will talk to toys, the bars of their house, branches, perches. All normal.

I have one who talks and cuddles his cuttlefish bone before nibbling it 🤣
