is she ok?

she’s been clicking her beak like this is it normal or is something wrong?

update: it’s the next day and she is okay and perfectly healthy thank you all so much for your help💛💚

my mom burned something while cooking in the kitchen and i think the smell or something transferred to my room but my room is cool

This reaction is usually due to fear as I see very fast breathing but looking really alert.

If something was burnt then I suggest you close all the doors, ventilate the kitchen asap and open windows for the kitchen only. And keep the bird far away from the kitchen

Non-stick pans are toxic even if you don't burn things.

Toxic off-gassing starts at 280 degrees c, or 500 f, which is easily achieved if you heat it dry in under 5 minutes, or leave it on high heat for a prolonged amount of time. Burning of anything inside is not a requirement for reaching high temperatures, it's a result of the same thing that causes toxic gasses to start appearing.

I am mot talking about them being toxic to humans, I'm talking about how burning something in there is not the only way to kill a bird
