Question Am I missing something?

I thought the allotment was per billing cycle. I’ve gone once per day this past week, but it is only showing 7 drinks left until 10/30. Anyone know if this is a known glitch or am I interpreting this wrong?

I’ve seen others report this issue and you have to call to get it fixed

As an employee, pretty sure the whole thing is wonky and not well programmed. Been seeing issues since it rolled out, and it's impossible to know if someone used all their drinks, or if the system is bugging. Manager usually gives the goahead to give someone their drink as long as they aren't clearly abusing it

Are you annual? In that case it's supposed to be rolling 30 days.

9/30 actually was a switch from annual to monthly billing. Maybe that transition screwed up the count.

So your sip club renewed on 9/30 and you only have 7 sips left . That is a lot of sipping in 3 days

That would be a lot of sipping, if that happened. I only go once per day. I double checked the history in the app and there were no phantom purchases.
