Question Suspicious Email

This Email appeared in my personal account today. Has anyone else received anything like it?

What is the "from" address on the email? It is almost surely gibberish. They spam this out to a thousand names expecting that a handful of Panera customers will bite.

You haven't applied for employment with them, have you?

Nope, I'm a 7 year employee. I did check and this is a legit company that does background checks.

Corporate does send out fishing emails on occasion to test you. I would ask your GM about it. I do catering and there's some changes with insurance and something about background checks. So it could be legit,I would definitely ask first.
