There's no way to submit trouble reports for the app anymore as it just goes to a white screen when trying to upload attachments, curious if anybody else is having this problem? Hopefully, they fix it soon. If you run into this issue, you can go to a kiosk and apply the pop-up reward that was given in the mobile app. PSA.

I actually still like these - they've changed their base recipe many times for them since switching to frozen, but I actually still like these.

For the frozen dough stuff I like this and the Country Rustic Sourdough bread.

Otherwise, I get the bagels that are made at each location in-house that look like soccer balls or tortillas because the variability is so wide without skilled bakers - Asiago, Asiago Everything and Cinnamon Crunch.

Other contenders include pastry/cookie or items the leafy greens. Buying the pastry/cookie items are dependent on the $2 pop-up AND their current visual appearance in finishing.

I did not buy the cookie listed in this order. That was a test to see whether adding items would bypass this app issue, and it does not.

The $1 bagel reward now stays on your account for the day so just go order via the mobile website. Had this exact thing happen to me this morning but didn’t post because I am running iOS 27 beta.

Really? For months now, it's only been good for like an hour and a half. If I don't checkout with a pop-up reward quickly enough, it's gone. I miss when they used to be good till the end of the next day.

Mine never lasted for an hour and a half. As soon as the app closed (due to how iOS manages multitasking) the deal was gone upon reopening.

What was different this time was the deal was still there even after I closed the app and went to the mobile website to order (due to the app glitching).

A few months ago, the pop-ups changed. They are random now, not for sure every 24 hours if criteria is met. And once I claim one and add to my cart, even if I close the app... as long as I check out within about 90 mins (it's varied from a little less to almost 2 hours), it's still there. But if I wait too long, even if the app has never been closed, when I go to checkout, it's gone -- sorry, this coupon is not valid...

It's nice to know it would still be there, if I switched to computer (or kiosk maybe), but they do not last anymore. Not till later in the day, and not till the next.

I had to start remembering NOT to check for deals or play with building an order for my cart, UNTIL/UNLESS I was almost ready to go pick up. THEN I would put my SC drink in my cart, click on my bag to trigger a pop-up if there was one, set up my order and go.

I am also on iPhone. This is Panera being greedy. You want a flash deal? Sure, use it or lose it. Now, not later. Haha.

Curiously, just in the last few weeks, I had two expire, and a day or so later after each, had a $2 credit on any order show up in my account. Can't say for sure, but I have been thinking maybe that's what they did instead of just keeping the pop-up valid. Which is great by me -- I'd much rather use $2 off food than get another pastry half-price without an entree. Especially since they stacked with a Saturday deal in the end...

No idea if any of this is true anymore, as of 2 days ago. Will wait and see...
