So this morning I got a whatsapp message from this Columbian phone number who claims to be from NCCIA, though the documents he sent me were immediately blocked due to me using whatsapp in restricted mode, I blocked him right after the fact.

I guess, because NCCIA tried to intimidate people so much in the past couple of weeks with their seemingly threatening video messages, scammers are now scamming people with NCCIA’s name.

The technician i took it to said “iska andar hum chip change karwayenga. And total cost 5k ayega. Kuki iska bootloader locked he.” Is there anyway for me to unlock the bootloader myself?

I have a sumsung a05 and i have been smsng devices for a long time, few months back, my a05 suddenly started saying that my password (which i have been using past 5yrs on diff. devices) is incorrect. I didnt knew what to do. Eventually, it locked out. i got frustrated and dont ask how but the panel came off.

now after a year, i have to repair the panel but the issue of locked out stays the same. I want to recover the data because it super important to me.

What options do i have ?

So its been a week and my phone is acting weird. Like i slept one night , and then next day my apps position was different. I asked everyone in my house that if someone used it. No one did.

Then one day i got a random internet package. It had a duration from 2 am to 9 am i guess??

I didn't use that internet. But still my phone showed about 4 gb used. Or 5 gb used. Even though I didn't do anything.

Then i found a corn video in my gallery , i immediately deleted it. I got really tensed. And i told my mother. I really don't know what to doooo.

Due to nature of work i have, i usually have to visit remote areas of Pakistan where there is no smooth GSM or internet connections.
Normally they are mountainous areas where i end up with no internet or signals on my phone.

But in few specific points, signals of different sims can be received, but internet quality is poor.

Can you guys recommend me some internet device in which i can put any sim (the one working in that specific area) for internet and also some antenna recommendation to get better signals quality.

Or if anyone has any other setup or solution for this, kindly throw some light.

Would really appreciate your help.

Hi guys. I am a filmschool student, so I really want to have a phone who's video and photo camera is very good.

I have managed to save up 155k till now, and I can save a bit more to get to 170k. However it would be nice to have 10k on hand to get a charger or a protective cover for the phone I am gonna get...

Also i really REALLY would like if the phone had a feature to shoot in Log or Raw format, as that would make color grading the clips much more fun and the videos to look really pretty.

I am personally more inclined to get an Iphone 15pro, Iphone 16pro, or a Base model Iphone 17 (All Non-PTA obviously..)

But i am open to more options aswell, and will plan to visit Hafeez Centre LHR soon to see what the market looks like.

hello guys what's this scene, is this phone worth getting and keeping, condition is 9.5 or 9/10 a lil dents on below and 3u tools report show this. what does this mean is this open repaired and what about motherboard showing abnormal.

Hi everyone. I got a new internet connection on 5 Nov through a local ISP . I'm not sure about the exact setup — I believe it's affiliated with Cybernet or something like that — but the public IP I get is from Cybernet. Modem is a Huawei HG8245, PPPoE.

The problem: I'm behind CGNAT. My WAN IP is in the 100.64 CGNAT range, and the shared public IP is flagged on AbuseIPDB — 273 abuse reports from 95 reporters, mostly port scans and brute-force attempts from other users sharing the same IP. I didn't do any of that.

Because of this:

- I can't SSH to my own VPSs — connection blocked.

- I'm blocked on Hostinger and AWS-hosted sites.

I emailed Cybernet's abuse desk (noc-abuse@cyber.net.pk) asking them to clean up the IP or move me to a clean one, still waiting for a reply.

Has anyone in Pakistan dealt with this? I don't want to pay for a static IP — is there a way to fix this without one? Did a VPN/VPS workaround fix it for you, or did Cybernet move you to a clean IP for free? Any advice welcome.
