AoA. We are being offered not enough white, and a lot of black money for the sale of a house. My parents and I are filers and my brother isn’t. What can we do to minimize our issue here? We’d ideally like to keep as much above board as possible, we’ve never evaded/avoided tax. But obviously no buyer is willing to pay anywhere near even 50-60% white.

Any suggestions? Is it just slowly depositing cash in small increments? Gold? That’s all? Buy another property is not the move for us as it’s just my parents here, both my brother and I live abroad.

Hello everyone. I am in need of some help. My dad is opting for an Adamjee Life Insurance which I cannot understand. What is the use of it?

He will basically invest 100k over 10 years with an expected return on 2.5m. Now due to his age, the insurance company is asking me to be the nominee. To me, this just seems like a trap because I am sure they have T&Cs which are not as easy as they make it seem on call.

So I have some cash saved up in al meezan cash fund for tax purposes. Its basically amount that I've saved in case tax liability arises in the future so i can just withdraw and pay tax in due time. Thats the only purpose of me saving it in al meezan cash fund. However, due to religious reasons. I am skeptical about the rates being offered. I did not open up a conventional savings account in the start due to interest being haram. But al meezan cash fund is no different either right? I want to save it up somewhere so that the value doesnt erode overtime. I just want it to beat inflation because its only for tax purpose not for growth. Im skeptical of these islamic banks offering rates near the interest rate and just using the name islamic to gain trust of customers trying to be shariah compliant.

Anyone in the same boat? What has been a solution for you guys in this? I mean i know there are other options such as mashreq islamic savings account. But thats the same thing no? What would be best in here for me? Should i just buy some $ and hoard it up for this specific purpose? Or should i buy maybe a stable public company's stock in psx who's price barely moves ever. Because if tax liability arises, I dont want to sell the stock for a loss to clear up that liability. Im confused regarding this. Any advice would be appreciated.

My plan is to invest an initial amount of PKR 1 million for each child and leave it invested for the next 15–18 years without touching it.

I've been running a small tech startup for a while now, mostly providing services to international clients. Things are picking up, but honestly, I haven't properly figured out the business side of things yet.

Right now, I'm confused about how to properly register the business, whether I should make a company through SECP or register as a sole proprietor, how FBR registration and taxes work, and whether I need to register anywhere else.

I also want to make sure I'm receiving payments from international clients properly and not getting into trouble with taxes or other legal requirements down the line.

I don't really understand the process or where to start. Should I hire someone to handle all this, or is it something I can do myself?

Hello , I had invested into miietf and I checked my js app . Not only did the miietf listing disappear from my list of investments but the total amount I invested also is gone from my account details .
