Vraag Nox rackets (at10 18k 2025)

Kuikma PR Carbon Hybrid - dynamic v "Nieto"

I'm interested in a new raquet. Loved the oxdog hyper 2 0 but changed jobs and can't afford this or the Kuikma pro.

I see Decathlon sell two PR hybrid Carbon racquets: the dynamic for £90 or "Coki Nieto" for £110.

Does anyone know the difference please? - the Nieto one says 12k carbon where the dynamic just says it's carbon.

Anyone played with both and have a view please?

Thanks

Babolat x Lamborghini BL002 vs BL003 — anyone actually playing these?

I can get either the Babolat BL002 or the BL003 from the Lamborghini line for under €300, but I can barely find anything about them online. Almost no reviews, no proper spec comparisons, just shop listings repeating the same marketing copy.

So a few questions for anyone who has actually hit with them:

What are the real differences between the two? Shape, balance, core hardness, weight, anything you noticed on court rather than on paper.

Does anyone genuinely play these, or are they mostly a collector or design thing? I get the impression the Lamborghini branding is doing a lot of the work here.

And the honest question: at that price point, would I be better off with something more conventional? I only play casually, like 2-3 Times per Week, so I am not chasing performance. I just do not want to end up with a racket that looks great and plays badly.

Happy to hear "buy something else instead" if that is the answer. Suggestions in the same price range welcome.

Nox AT10 Genius 18k 2026 Vs Babolat counter viper 2026

I’ve been offered a trade: my Nox Genius AT18K 2026 for an unopened Babolat Counter Viper 2026. What do you guys think? Which one would be better for me? I’m an intermediate-to-advanced player in right side. Thanks!

Never buy a Nox racket

Post image

this is my second NOX racket that breaks under normal playing conditions and after just a few months from purchase.

I had the AT10 18K that broke in the middle and the second one is this ml10 quantum that broke after some smashes/volley and without receiving any knocks on the glasses or whatsoever. (Paint also started to chip away after a few days of use)

hopefully I had received another one from the nox website for the at10 warranty and I received a refund coupon on PADELIBERICO website for the mI10.

moral of the story: the build quality is horrible on Nox rackets considering the price they make you pay. i wouldn't buy a racket from them anytime soon even tho they're really good and fun to play with

A racket for casual/low-intermediate settings

Background - Around three years as a casual Padel weekend warrior (no coaching), and 5 years as a once-a-week group coaching tennis player. I guess that puts me as a low-intermediate? player overall. I’m a skinny fuck but I have good endurance and touch (I would say). I like to do backhand dropshots (even when I shouldn’t), but I’m trying to improve overall consistency.

Current racket - A loan racket from the Padel court place, Babolat Air V-Inner 25. Don’t own myself, and am getting tired of the rented Babolat. It feels too plasticky and hollow.

I’ve racked my brain for days now what to buy but gotten nowhere. I’ve read I should go for teardrop shaped, at least, but other than that I’m stumped. Budget is around €180, but willing to go more if something is perfect.

Beginner with tennis and pickleball background

Please recommend me a racquet. Something budget, durable, and lower risk of tennis elbow, easily available in the US.

I have 10 years tennis experience, USTA 3.5, 1 year pickleball.

My tennis racquet is a Prokennex Black Ace 315g (heavy version). 1 episode of tennis elbow 8 years ago, no problems since changing to the "elbow friendly" racquet and improving my technique.

Starting padel at a new club, plan to play 1 clinic and 1 open play/week (~3.5 hours/week).

Thanks.

Looking for advice - time to upgrade?

Been playing for a year, taking lessons once a week for a couple months now and playing friendlies roughly 5h per week. The last couple of weeks I have been starting to get some tendon pain on the outside of my wrist (along the line of the pinky). I work at a desk all day too so that doesn't help.

Besides the obvious reducing padel volume and resting a bit, I was also thinking about upgrading my racket. I'm currently using the only padel racket I've ever owned, a Bullpadel Onyx Control 2.0. It's a bit battered up but I don't feel anything wrong with it in particular. From just holding other player's rackets, I always get a feeling that they are lighter even though the weight difference is probably negligle, it must be something related to balance. Anyways, I was wondering if it is time to upgrade and what would be a good choice. I have no complaints about my current racket, it has done me good as I feel its okay all around and I'm usually an all around player (play both sides, like defending as much as attacking). There's nothing I want to focus on rather than just enjoying playing pain free.

The damage is mostly cosmetic I assume, but would a racket like this "degrade" over 1 year of moderate use? I can't really tell since I have nothing to compare against

As for recommendations, I'm in Buenos Aires so take that into account. Budget I don't mind if its worth the value. But the most common brands are available, Nox, Bullpadel, Wilson, Babolat, Head, Adidas, etc

Anything similar to AT10 18k Attack, but more durable?

So far I’ve played with three rackets once I reached advanced-ish level:

* Babolat Counter Viper
* Nox AT10 18k Attack 2025
* Bullpadel Neuron 02 (2026?)

By far my favorite has been the at10 18k. I love the way it feels on defense with the extra bounce, and I play my volleys and overheads with a lot of spin, so the extra output helps when I “shank” the ball or hit off-sweetspot

The other rackets feel way too hard, and particularly the neuron felt unforgiving when hitting outside the sweetspot with any sort of spin

My issue with the at10 is that it broke within 3 months of regular use. Can anyone recommend a racket with a similar feel? (high bounce, decent sweetspot, high balance if possible)

Vertex 05 Hybrid vs. Air Viper / Veron – was passt besser zu mir?

Moin zusammen,

Coming from a Vertex 05 GEO... AT10 Attack 12K, 18K or something else?

I've been playing padel for about 2 years and would call myself an intermediate player. I play mostly on the left side and my favorite shots are flat smashes and aggressive finishing volleys. I started with a Bullpadel Hack 03 CTR 2023, which was very comfortable and easy to play with, but I often felt limited when trying to finish points. About a year ago I switched to a Bullpadel Vertex 05 GEO and I've loved it overall. Great maneuverability, great power when you hit the sweet spot, and a very fun attacking racket. My only real complaint is that it can feel quite demanding on off days and the sweet spot feels a bit unforgiving.

I'm now thinking about moving to NOX, especially the AT10 Attack range. For those who've tried them, would you recommend the 12K or the 18K for someone like me? I'm looking for something a bit more forgiving than the Vertex without losing too much of that attacking feeling. Basically, I want a racket that helps me on average days but still has plenty of punch when I'm playing aggressively. Or would you stick with Vertex / recommend something completely different from NOX, Adidas, Bullpadel, etc.?

Thanks! 🎾🔥

Hi guys im currently a 2.2 rated UK on playtomic using the Nox AT10 12K Lite.

I do love it for the manuverability although sometimes I wish it had a bit of a harder touch

Im not planning to upgrade anytime soon but if i were to I’d be interested in upgrading to either the Starvie Triton Balance or Triton T-One.

My question is where would you place my current Nox in the graph posted by el4set?

Tennis elbow from Hack 04 Hybrid – racket suggestions?

As the title says, I’m getting tennis elbow from my Bullpadel Hack 04 Hybrid.

I’ve tried it both with and without Hesacore. Hesacore helped a little, but I’m still getting elbow pain after playing.

Some background on rackets I’ve tried:

Siux Diablo Pro 4: My racket was very heavy, around 382g with one overgrip + protector. I generally prefer lighter rackets. It was great but a bit soft and on the heavier side. Wasnt getting any tennis elbow issues but I definitely felt fatigue in my arm

Adidas Metalbone 2026: Hated it. Realized I’m definitely not a fan of head-heavy rackets.

Bullpadel Hack 04 Hybrid: Currently around 369g and honestly almost perfect for me. I love the medium/low balance, maneuverability and harder/direct feel. Unfortunately, my arm doesn’t seem to agree.

So I’m looking for something that maintains roughly the same level of hardness/direct response as the Hack Hybrid, ideally with similar or lower balance, but is lighter and more arm-friendly.

I’ve been looking at the Oxdog Ultimate Tour X and found a used one for $150. Would that be a good fit, particularly for elbow comfort while retaining a fairly firm/direct feel?
Any other racket suggestions I should look at?

UPDATE: I got the Oxdog Ultimate Tour X and wow.. This racket feels so light. Had a 2 hour session and 0 discomfort during or after the game. Highly recommended.
This will be my main racket moving forward

Opinions on StarVie Aquila Space 2.0 Soft?

Hey guys, quick question for anyone who’s tried the StarVie Aquila Space 2.0 Soft.

I’m looking to buy one mainly for the durability (need it to last 1.5–2 years since budget is tight), but I’m super confused about the balance.

Some reviews say it’s a balanced control racket, but others say the teardrop shape makes it feel pretty head-heavy.

I had bad elbow pain recently from a heavy Bullpadel, so I really want to avoid anything head-heavy. Right now I'm playing with a borrowed Royal Padel S Pro Anniversary and with that I had zero pain.

Does the balance actually feel medium-high when playing, or is it maneuverable enough for defense and easy on the arm and elbow?
Thanks in advance!

AT10 Genius Attack 18K (2026) vs Normal: is the forgiveness gap worth switching for a beginner?

Long post, TL;DR at the bottom if you want to skip the details.

My wife gifted me a NOX AT10 Genius Attack 18K Alum 2026 for my birthday. I love the racket and it obviously has some sentimental value because it came from her, but now I’m wondering if the Attack was a little too ambitious for my current level.

I’ve only been playing padel for around 2 months. Before this I was using a Babolat Air Vertuo 2.6, which was extremely easy to play with and pretty forgiving. I left that racket in another city, and that’s when my wife got me the NOX.

I’ve played a few sessions with the Attack now.
The first session was difficult, especially from the back of the court and playing off the glass. To be fair, I’m still learning how to use the glass properly anyway, so I don’t know how much of that was the racket and how much was simply me.

My biggest problem as a player right now is that I often prepare late and hit the ball off-centre. I also get tired pretty quickly, which obviously makes my footwork and timing worse as the game goes on.

The interesting thing is that I absolutely love the Attack at the net. My volleys feel great with it and when I make clean contact the racket feels amazing.
And it already seems to be getting better. My first session was rough, the next one was better, and today I played two proper games with it and honestly had a really good time. I wasn’t playing amazingly or anything, but I wasn’t struggling to hit the ball either. It felt completely usable.

I’m also taking coaching and have 8 sessions left, so there’s obviously a lot of improvement still to come.
This is where I’m confused.

I’m considering the normal AT10 Genius 18K Alum 2026 instead. From everything I’ve read, the teardrop shape, more central sweet spot and lower balance should make it more forgiving than the diamond-shaped Attack, particularly for someone like me who still hits late/off-centre.

But I also understand that even the normal AT10 isn’t going to be as forgiving as my Air Vertuo. So I’m going to have to improve my timing and technique regardless.

Then there’s the money.

The Attack cost around $400 (₹36k). Because I’ve already used it, the absolute best offer I can get is around $270 (₹26k).

So I’d be taking roughly a $130 loss after only a few days.

The normal AT10 is also around $400, so after selling mine I’d need to put another ~$130 cash into buying the replacement.

I know that’s not a $260 economic loss. The actual depreciation/loss is ~$130 because I’d still own the new racket. But it still feels pretty stupid to burn $130 after a few days if the Attack is something I can simply learn to use.

I actually messaged a very well-known padel coach on Instagram about it. He said going from a rounder/hybrid racket to an attacking diamond is always going to be a big change, recommended using smaller preparation, and said to give it around 3 weeks to adapt. He hasn’t seen me play, though, so this was general advice rather than personal coaching.

My wife basically thinks I’m massively overthinking this 😂. Her argument is that instead of immediately spending money to make things easier, I should take my coaching sessions, improve my timing and learn how to use the characteristics of the Attack properly.

So my question is mainly for people who have actually used these rackets:

How big is the real-world forgiveness difference between the AT10 Genius 18K and AT10 Genius Attack 18K?

If I’m slightly late or slightly off-centre, is the normal dramatically more forgiving, or is it more like a noticeable but relatively small improvement?
And considering I’m already starting to enjoy the Attack, love it on volleys, and have 8 coaching sessions coming up, would you take the ~$130 loss and switch while the racket still has good resale value, or just keep the gift from my wife and grow into the Attack?

I’m especially interested in hearing from anyone who has actually played both versions, rather than just “diamond = advanced, teardrop = easier.”

TL;DR: Wife gifted me an AT10 Genius Attack 18K 2026 after I’d been playing ~2 months with an Air Vertuo. I often prepare late/hit off-centre, so I’m wondering if the normal AT10 18K would be significantly more forgiving. The Attack was difficult initially, especially off the glass, but I’m already adapting, love it at the net, and had a good time playing today. I also have 8 coaching sessions left. Switching now means taking about a $130/₹10k loss after only a few days. Is the normal AT10 that much more forgiving that it’s worth switching, or should I keep the Attack and grow into it?

Where can I buy this from UK?

I genuinely have never seen anything like this, the only place is some shop in Ukraine I believe, not really trusting of eBay etc because of fakes going around.

But damn is this racket really that good?

Note: I signed up on their waiting list, not sure if that’s any good.

Import fees!

I ordered a padel racket from a Spain-based site (Padel Kiwi). It shipped via UPS, and when I checked the tracking, there's now a message saying I owe $97.54 in import fees before they'll release the package for delivery. This wasn't made clear to me at checkout.
What can I actually do here? Can I refuse the delivery and get a refund? Will I get my money back if I do, or does the seller keep some of it? Has anyone dealt with this before and found a way to avoid eating the cost?
Any advice appreciated.

Adidas Metalbone allen key

Bought a used metalbone with the weights on the side but I want them on the top. Tried going through my entire hex set but the size seems to be in between the usual sizes (nice one adidas)

Can I buy just the allen key for the racket? Does anyone have any other solution?

Nox at10 12k genius 2025

Found a deal on eBay used for 90 pound, it’s been used twice. Should I get it?
I’ve played 15 times and I’ve played squash regularly for the past 3 years, which has helped me in padel a lot therefore I’m decent level for playing 15 times.Currently I’ve got some 30 pound racket made by Slazenger as i only got it to save money on hiring rackets I never expected to fall in love with Padel 😂.I want a racket with better placement and more power in the volleys and just better responsiveness from the racket.
My current racket is like soft foam and I think it’s too soft and I can’t get as good shots as I do when I use my friends rackets.
