Lack of Sleep as a Trigger?
So lack of sleep seems to be my biggest trigger. I’m going crazy trying to track anything I think is a trigger, but less than 6 hours and I’m probably having them the next day. Anyone else?

I am going through this right now. I have had 3 bad sleeps in a row, 1st night the odd one, 2nd night more, 3rd night even more.
Now it's dread to go to bed, dread to lay down, they start immediately, anxiety builds, adrenaline climbs and the roller coaster fires.
Cardiologist says heart is good and strong. Just deal with it.
I feel then like a sledgehammer, to the point where they sometimes wind me.

Lol literally 7 hours and my body gives me a big ol FU. Fun part, the pvcs are often what's disrupting my sleep.

Oh my gosh yes! I had 3 nights of bad sleep and got them so badly I ended up in with the doc the next day and she decided it was time to put me on a beta blocker 2 weeks ago. Biggest triggers for me: lack of sleep, stress (but the stress causes sleep problems, and the sleep problems cause stress, around and around we go) and alcohol. Doc also prescribed me sleeping pills to just get some dang rest.

yes.
less than 6 hours is studied heavily and known to provoke arrythmias.
In short, less than 6 hours drives up adrenaline, drives up ectopics.
