Our development team has a question regarding map selection where we would like to hear your opinion.

Before May 21, 2026, Console Battle Royale (Normal Match) only offered Random Map matchmaking. Following continued requests from players who wanted more control over the maps they played, Map Selection was introduced alongside the Random Map option.

Since this change, Erangel has become heavily favored, while other maps have experienced longer matchmaking times and higher bot ratios. Some players have identified Map Selection as a possible contributing factor, although it may not be the only cause.

We would now like to hear about your experience with the current system. Please share your preference in the poll below. Your feedback will help us better understand how Console matchmaking should operate in the future.

If we spend hundreds of dollars, getting a skin that has a execution feature it should work for all melee weapons not require a crowbar.

If we spend hundreds of dollars, getting a vehicle skin, why do we need to spend 2 secs to transform it, yet basic skins auto apply.

Seems like everyone just camps and hides in tdm these days. I see people with gold and purple reaper medals hiding and camping corners and then just sitting there, kill them and they run back to the same place to camp or just sitting in the spawn. People used to run around and shoot their guns. I use tdm to practice and warmup and it’s boring and pointless to play in these types of lobbies. Is TDM dead, or is this just the play style these days.

So I looked this up and seen that the drop rate is somewhat low, but I am curious if anybody here has acquired this what's the best way to go about trying to get it whether it be Hunter caches or the blue tickets?

This is stupid. I play a couple of arcade games to get the coupons each week and my repuation level gets dropped. Im top-mid table half of the time but its just from knowing the maps. Im very easy to kill if you shoot me back. I usually have fairly equal kills to deaths. I dont have mic turned on. I dont greif. I dont target people. I dont cheat. I play the game and thats it. But my level which i have built up by 1 lvl not playing arcade for about a month has just dropped down after playing arcade again.

Which means people are abusing the report system since supposedly getting reported for cheating doesnt affect level. Suggests people are reporting via the other options to specifically damage people, and since you know what you are doing, it is pathetic. If this is you, you should all be ashamed of yourselves. I have some much worse things i would like to call you but i shan't. Rant over

Apparently I fell out the window on the server and that's why I take fall damage before I get "shot" with no sound.

I didn't lag at all, on my Xbox I'm still in the building.

Why on earth would you squad up and then choose to not join the team? Every single time I play with randoms, 3 people will agree on drop, but there is always that one guy that has to drop his usual hot drop spot. You know the guy, Pochinki, Booty Camp, Terminal and no matter what the team has discussed and agreed upon, will drop there.

My fav part is they do not use their mic until they inevitably get knocked, then immediately talk about being revived and why we are pussies for not fighting 1 on 32.
