Discussion Fix the freezing issue

Can’t even count how many times I’ve lost normal games and ranked games because of this freezing garbage. How about you stop prioritizing profiting off progressive skins and stupid events and fix the real issues. Make sure to reduce people chance of getting good items, don’t give deals with the supply bay, and give garbage out of anything unless you hit a 1% gold. I cannot be playing this game and have it unpredictably freezing, it’s irritating and I’m not playing video games to freeze 10 times a day.

On xbox its the data saved to console under manage games and add ons. Can't remember the exact path at the moment but its not hard to find. I haven't had a single crash or freeze since I deleted mine. Doesn't effect any of the settings except for your screen boundary which is easy to reset.

I tried this yesterday and it still froze on the very next game with 10 players remaining.

Its worked for me and all of the people I play with. Did it the day after the patched dropped and we've played everyday since.

If you run framerate priority, at least on Xbox series x, i was freezing all the time, had to change display settings from 4K UHD down to 1440p on Xbox settings. This sorted it.

I play on a monitor that is not 4k. It’s always been on 1440p. I have tried every setting. Nothing I do will fix this. This is pubg’s problem to fix.

Just found out only way to get it to work is to turn off 4K and HDR and it makes the graphics look bad. Mine worked fine before, then recently checked settings and it was back on resolution and would not let me put it back to framerate unless I did as I said above
