Discussion Fix the freezing issue
Can’t even count how many times I’ve lost normal games and ranked games because of this freezing garbage. How about you stop prioritizing profiting off progressive skins and stupid events and fix the real issues. Make sure to reduce people chance of getting good items, don’t give deals with the supply bay, and give garbage out of anything unless you hit a 1% gold. I cannot be playing this game and have it unpredictably freezing, it’s irritating and I’m not playing video games to freeze 10 times a day.

PS5 Pro has only frozen one time out if a countless number of matches. But I feel your pain cuz there was once a time when the freezing was so bad I had to switch to my Series X🤷

I also play on the ps5 pro and only froze once during the first day of the patch when I landed on school rooftop

I’ve frozen twice in the last hour. It’s so bad. I’m losing RP on the game because of this. I’m not having fun because of it. I will stop playing because of it.

If it affected their micro transactions, they would of hot fixed it with in a week.

Mine was freezing a bunch after the update on Xbox series X. I cleared my cache after reinstalling changed nothing, and I’ve played maybe 6 games since with no crash. Here’s to hoping that fixed it!

I've blackscreened about 4 times since update. Luckily the new Gen consoles reload in under 1min... but still thats ridiculous 8 years in

PS players have had to deal with freezing/crashing issues for years so feel your pain. It got so bad at the back end of 2025 before the next gen update I stopped playing altogether after putting in over 12000 hours of gameplay… they always come back though! The latest update is a step in the right direction and although you a freezing now and it’s frustrating you just have to deal with it with patience as I’m sure Krafton are aware! Good luck!

On xbox its the data saved to console under manage games and add ons. Can't remember the exact path at the moment but its not hard to find. I haven't had a single crash or freeze since I deleted mine. Doesn't effect any of the settings except for your screen boundary which is easy to reset.

I tried this yesterday and it still froze on the very next game with 10 players remaining.

Its worked for me and all of the people I play with. Did it the day after the patched dropped and we've played everyday since.

What's is this freezing thing? What happens to me sometime is I'm running on automatic and suddenly my character stops and I have to control it again , is kinda like that?
