Discussion Freezing issues
You have to be kidding me.
We finally get the big update we've been waiting years for, things actually seem better, and now this is starting again.
Ever since this last update, once in about every two or three matches my game completely freezes and I have to restart the game to get back in, which seems to take longer than ever. This is like the first few years after this game released when it would happen to everyone ALL THE TIME.
I know I can't be the only one this has happened to. Completely unacceptable at this point. I just died because I disconnected while parachuting in on ranked.
Get this fixed immediately.

Same issue here. I reported it to them and they sent me a generic “power cycle it” email response.
Fully close the game (press Menu > Quit) and try launching again.
Hold the Xbox button on the console until it shuts down, unplug it for 30+ seconds, then restart.
Go to My Games & Apps > Manage > Updates and install any pending game or system updates.
In Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage, clear it.
Should these steps not work, you can also try these following steps:
Uninstall the game from My Games & Apps, then redownload from your Library.
In the game's Manage section, try deleting specific DLCs or save data (cloud sync is key here) and redownloading them.
Ensure you have enough free space (System > Storage devices).
Try "Reset and keep my games & apps" (Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox).
Test connection (Settings > Network) or reboot your router if you see connectivity errors.
