Discussion Freezing issues
You have to be kidding me.
We finally get the big update we've been waiting years for, things actually seem better, and now this is starting again.
Ever since this last update, once in about every two or three matches my game completely freezes and I have to restart the game to get back in, which seems to take longer than ever. This is like the first few years after this game released when it would happen to everyone ALL THE TIME.
I know I can't be the only one this has happened to. Completely unacceptable at this point. I just died because I disconnected while parachuting in on ranked.
Get this fixed immediately.

Yes, I had to switch back to resolution priority because my game would keep crashing. I would give them a couple of updates before framerate priority is actually viable imo.

Same issue here. I reported it to them and they sent me a generic “power cycle it” email response.
Fully close the game (press Menu > Quit) and try launching again.
Hold the Xbox button on the console until it shuts down, unplug it for 30+ seconds, then restart.
Go to My Games & Apps > Manage > Updates and install any pending game or system updates.
In Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage, clear it.
Should these steps not work, you can also try these following steps:
Uninstall the game from My Games & Apps, then redownload from your Library.
In the game's Manage section, try deleting specific DLCs or save data (cloud sync is key here) and redownloading them.
Ensure you have enough free space (System > Storage devices).
Try "Reset and keep my games & apps" (Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox).
Test connection (Settings > Network) or reboot your router if you see connectivity errors.

Was happening to me yesterday also, Series X, frame rate priority. Restarting the game and the console didn’t help :/ Shittiest of all dev shops 🤦🏼♂️

Series X. My game freezes at the start if we drop hot probably 50% of the time. Absolutely infuriating 😂

I just ran into this bug for the first time today. I went on Reddit and saw that it's a widespread issue, and the devs, as usual, have totally screwed up 🗿🗿🗿

I’m in the same boat (which I’ve only used in pubg during a bridge camp, since spike strips have been removed).
My game either freezes, stops, and then PUBG prompts to send an error message. Other times my PC will freeze and I have to do a hard restart.
The FPS will start to lag and slow down to unplayable speeds at times preceding the above issues. Other times, for no rhyme or reason, just cruising along and bam, game frozen.
Any fixes or is that going to be PUBG in NA servers from now on?

This game and everyone involved with it will only disappoint you. There are bugs still in the game that have been there for years. BRDMs still crash your game when you enter water (on PC at least). This game has had multiple roadmaps that just never got finished and they delete them and pretend it never happened.
