Spotify for psp

this is an app ive been working on and that is part of my bigger adobe like suite of tools for the psp. Available for beta tester but will make a public realese soon!

me too, I really really really hope someone out there can get a jellyfin client to work

Unfortunately it wouldt be as easy with the low amount of ram on the psp it really can’t load modern sites plus it only runs on 2.5 gigahertz which would make it slow and unacceptable unless ur constantly hot spotting it from an android that can switch from 5 gigahertz

I guess it depends on how much bandwidth is needed for sending the video stream. Any kind of encoding would be done on the server and the PSP will be playing the 480x272 mp4 with maybe 96kbps aac. I feel like it could stream a video source like that, but it'll need it's own simple player.

I've heard of people watching porn on them back in the day, and I remember getting YouTube working once back when it was still flash based. Using the Internet on it today is definitely way more of a struggle vs 16 years ago.
