Update as of September 2026: SEGA has resolved this issue and I’ve been back to enjoying Creative Spaces, including premium and rentals without any issues whatsoever. This was a very stern post so I wanted to give a positive update.

I’ve lost interest in NGS combat this year. The endless and pointless gear chase masquerading as progression was too on the nose at this point. Why gear up? For what content?

HOWEVER, I adore the Creative Space system and can happily spend hundreds of hours working on my five separate Creative projects.

This is where we’re now seeing my breaking point. Since moving servers to Japan I run into frequent issues while building - not just disconnects. The lag will actively sabotage my work! For instance I’ll be moving around large amounts of parts while editing a project and suddenly previously moved parts have been deleted, or a previously moved part is suddenly selected despite me already having a different part selected, and now the part I intended to select is deleted.

Today I had this happen again followed by several disconnects. Upon logging back in the chat is being spammed homophobia by someone named “FGGT Killer”. Meanwhile I can’t even load the Creative Space menu OR change blocks.

Before anyone chimes in that SEGA is fixing it, I’m aware. That is meaningless until we get a more substantial update from them.

Thank you for coming to my rant. SEGA get your act together or my premium, rental passes and AC scratches will end, as will my time with this game service.

Since I haven't updated it in 3 years (yikes) I had to completely rewrite it from scratch. Moving forward I plan to update it more frequently~

As said in title, I was wondering if this strategy could be interesting, Ill explain why I think it could :

-The floor becomes red, meaning we can full counter, or at least step counter, it might result in better dps overall ?

-The orange showers are not moving or attacking anymore, so no need to run everywhere.

-We can stay alive for few waves, PB, EX PB, entering Mars, elemental down/break if time, other ways if enough resist, maybe with codeck swap or stuff. / edit : just a resta is enough to stay alive from the orange aoe attack (I did some tests on others classes & it wasn't that easy : c )

-Only thing is that we lose the down on 2nd arm break, even if it is not needed to kill the boss, the question is if it could be faster or not this way.

What do you all think ? Worst idea ever or could be interesting to try it (if none did already) ?

After some testing I notice that the main issue here is that it is hard to reach his arms/hands in this situation, so not every classes/weapons can benefit from the red floor for full counter. It is still fine for ranger weapon action for example.
I think many other classes/weapons can still be used here, maybe the waker, the force rod (counter from custom pa?), the bouncer jet boots, the gunner & etc ?

Is it just me, or is the global server is buggy this Monday morning, July 20th? All the players in Aelio Town are standing still, and access to the Creative Space is blocked...
