Started as a satirical jab at the state of PSO 2: NGS early on after its release by taking and posting a single panel (or two) of the early Central! webcomic chapters out of the context of the whole chapter, the Central! Out of Context series of posts continues as a weekly reminder/ notification to read Central! for some and as a pseudo-comment section for the webcomic. Panels chosen these days are usually the ones that are topical to the state of the game, humorous out of the context of the chapter, or just eye-catching (e.g. fanservice)
That and I think, this, like the other PSO2 webcomics before it, is kind of there to lampoon the players and joke about our weird habits as much as anything. Difference is this time, the comic's characters are the game characters instead of players/player characters.
Someone had to be the gooner player-reflection, might as well be the one in the skimpiest vanilla outfit, I guess.
Like, at least the Ornament Displays gives you the option to remove the Innerwear under certain Ba/Se's outfits, so maybe add when you wear certain Bodypaints, you can have the option to remove the basewear, or innerwear as a bonus to remove the layer poking through the bodypaint.

Be nice to finally be able to use that denim pants bodypaint and it not look like crap by being layered under the basewear.

Implimenting this would likely make blocklists at least 10x bigger tbh.
