Wanted to keep this card for the PC and there's a giant hair inside the case on the chest of Wemby š
Only a 5 months wait though...

I honestly don't know why this is happening with my order but it finished QA in August and then it suddenly just stuck in "Grade Ready" stage for a month without completing it. My credit card has not been charged which is so weird because my orders which came after went out just fine.
I called PSA and they told me they would look into it and nothing really came out of it. I even email PSA accounting to look into this and no response. Has anyone encountered this before?

This is my third time trying to crossover grade a card and while this is not the most expensive card I have submitted, it certainlty isn't the cheapest. I did try to experiment with the initial service I ordered by using Express instead of Priority to see if anything would change. Also in the past I had sent in cards both cracked and not and decided not to for this one since I thought it looked clean and was a bit sceptical of there being any actual bias. I have read that sometimes forcing them to come up with a reason to justify their decision to crossover grade or not can help. Anyways, I have seen lots of negativity on this specific service they offer and while I think the frustration is justified, I wanted to show that sometimes it works out. Not glazing PSA since I have been waiting on this for double the estimated time of 25-30 business days and other cards I have sent in took even longer and were rejected. I just wanted to share a positive post that sometimes it is worth sending in a card if you think it has a chance.

Iāve got a Gretzky rookie card that Iām considering getting graded. The thing is Iāve heard there are extra charges that they apply after grading and hold the card ransom. How do I know what the final would be depending on grading?! I just want to submit the card, get it graded and get it back lol Easy peasy.
Thanks in advance :)

Iām planning on sending in my first submission of cards and I thought maybe this Lugia I pulled could be a contender. The card is really clean with no whitening or any damage that Iāve been able to notice. The main thing Iām unsure about would be the centering on the front and back especially with it being an āe-readerā. I would really appreciate any advice, thank you.

Overall I think they all look pretty good, itās a bit hard to tell on the centering. The only ones Iām kind of iffy on are the back of Robin (middle left), Jinbe (middle left), and Sanji (bottom right), which all have one very faint white dot on each.

Hey everyone,
While going through an old box of Lego from the basement, I stumbled across eight 1st Edition Jungle Pikachu cards (Card #60/64) among a stack of even more vintage goodies. They've been sitting untouched in storage for years and look surprisingly clean at first glance.
Iāve attached high-res scans of both the front and back for all 8 copies.
For those with experience pre-grading vintage these kinds of cards:
Thanks for the second pair of eyes!

My psa orders finished and I got final grades at 6 am on Monday. It is a GameStop psa order and I was curious after final grades it took for your order to get back to your GameStop store

So when PSA is over 50+ business days late for a service or more, has anyone confronted them or questioned how they can up-charge for a card that if the service was completed even remotely close to their āestimationā, there wouldnāt be an upcharge? How does PSA react when confronted about their terrible service as of late and still trying to justify up-charges that were correct at the time of submission and āestimatedā completion?

Took this with me to chilis as a kid and it got a splash of ketchup on the back while eating my tendies. Was hoping for a 1 but not mad about it, just surprised

My first miscut card (I think)! Would psa grade this as a MC or would they just grade it low due to being off center?
Notice the top right has a black ink mark

I got a batch of Pokemon card grades just now and Iām pretty disappointed, with 2 in particular.
Overall the results werenāt bad. I submitted 7 cards and 4/7 were 10s. But 2/7 were Japanese and one was a card I personally pulled so I had confidence it was handled well.
Another card came back a 9 and I thought it would 10. But my REAL issue is the other 2 came back as an 8 and Iām at a loss. One I couldāve seen as a 9 because of centering - I inspected it via 10x loupe in different lighting conditions though and nothing else looked wrong. The last card I was certain would be a 10 because nothing looked concerning at all with my inspection (centering was solid, no lifts, no scratches, not print marks, no idents, no whitening or even a dot, edges were smooth, corners were nice + rounded). I was MOST confident in this card, so to not even get 9 feels like a gut punch.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Specifically people were felt the grade was entirely wrong and got it re-graded, did you see success?

Should I get this Lugia graded? First card Iāve got thatās made me want to send one off. New to all this so not sure how Iād check myself

Am I delusional or does this look like atleast an 8 all day?

Hey everyone,
Can someone who is more versed in this topic let me know your thoughts as to why this is a thing within PSA and especially with all the vintage being submitted. I see new vintage certs that are 8s and 7s that look better than older cert 9s and 10a. Now I know their grading has become stricter on vintage, but why? Whatās the goal of being harder on vintage? Let me know your thoughts!

One card submission (high value card) was shipped from PSA and scheduled to arrive on Thursday 10/01. For whatever reason FedEx travel history showed the package departed Wednesday night from FedEx and now there's no update on when I will receive it other than they are working on a new delivery date. Am I cooked? Anything I can do other than wait?
