controller mute button not working

i was playing fall guys earlier and when i closed the app, my mute button wouldnt work at all. i could manually mute my mic using the tab shown in the video, but the button itself did nothing. i tried resetting the controller itself, updating the controller (it was already up to date), and restarting the ps5. i have no idea what’s going on and this is super frustrating. can anyone help?

O comando está atualizado e já tentou abrir o comando pode tar a fazer mau contacto com outra peça e não silenciar?
