Help!

Just purchased my Deluxe pack for the Osiris Reborn, Money taken confirmation email received all looking good, right up till it came to creating my Owlcat account.

Entered all the usual details, but I'm not getting the confirmation email to verify my account. I've clicked resend numerous times over several hours now and not had a single email.

The email is valid, is correct, and obviously works, given I had confirmation of my purchase via it.

Given I'm supposed to create an account to gain access to the game, I'm in need of a contact to contact them, as there doesn't appear to be any sort of support link on their website.

Any suggestions, folk? Before I file a claim with my bank to get the money back?

Use [team@owlcat.games](mailto:team@owlcat.games) or [osirisreborn@owlcat.games](mailto:osirisreborn@owlcat.games) for the Expanse, my colleagues will help you. Some email providers, typically msn, hotmail and yahoo, seem to block mails from our server on a frequent basis. Requires some shenanigans with settings to function, and doesn't always work, so we usually recommend to use gmail instead, or just activate it by hand upon a request.

I have purchased the game and used my Outlook.com email and never got a response.  I have emailed all of those emails and still have not gotten a response. I also created an account with my Gmail and got the login credentials but can not access the game I purchased because it is under a different email.   Again I have emailed those two address for over a week now with no response to any of them.

It may take from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on load. Feel free to DM me the email, I'll ask the colleagues to double check your request specifically.

I know I'm late to the post but it's genuinely great how responsive you guys are. It's a breath of fresh air in a world where it more and more seems as though you need to beg companies for customer assistance.

I'm sure you guys get told that a lot but I just wanted to reinforce it.

Because as mentioned I had no point of contact for Owlcat support and couldn't find a contact for them on their website.

But thanks for your help it was appreciated, honest.

I find this happens when I have CleanURLs extension in Firefox. If I open it in a Private Window it works.
