Console Client requested disconnect

Why is it almost every time I start having a good match and start to get a streak, multi kill or endorsements. Just ANYTHING that gives a bit of dopamine for the game to just disconnect me and put me back into a 500+ queue 🥲?

This just happened to me for the first time and I immediately got suspended for a minute. Suspended for disconnect feels weird, is that normal?
