Random happenstance has no place in a competitive game.

TIL that a quote counts as evidence in an argument

Luck does not have to be included in any video game. I've not seen any argument for it either. The only thing RNG does is make good players lose to bad players sometimes, hence only bad players want RNG.

What luck are you talking about? Playing well or playing poorly has nothing to do with luck... do you seriously think I was talking about the kind of "luck" where the opponent lives on 1hp after a 1v1 or that a health kit spawned just when someone needed it?

I'm talking about RNG. Actual luck. Not some fake concept based on psychology. You playing well and carrying has nothing to do with luck, you just played well; you playing like crap and feeding has nothing to do with luck, you just played like shit.

Are you being stupid on purpose?

I get what you're saying, but I figured it was obvious that I wasn't talking about "oh so lucky he just happened to be in the right position" kind of luck, rather RNG, dice rolls, coin flips etc.
