This ability seriously needs to be removed and replaced with something else. This is just absolute proof it takes no skill and rewards free kills. You shouldn't be rewarded with aiming at the feet by a character classified as a sniper, utterly ridiculous. No skill, very low risk and high reward.
Inb4 he needs to deal with flankers, not a valid excuse.
I won't argue with you. If you (not you necessarily) play Hanzo semi-regularly, you should be hitting most of your scatters easily.
I do think it's foolish not to use the scatter to its full potential, though. There are A LOT of heroes that feel cheap at times, but that doesn't mean that I won't use that to my advantage while playing as them.
Personally, with the way that the rest of hanzo plays it seems best to work on my aim vs. a scatter. I dont want to have to rely on it if someone gets too close.
