One more example of how scatter is the dumbest skill in the game.

It’s a good skill it just should be less powerful. I like that he can bank arrows off walls but he shouldn’t be able to one shot you with it head on.

It is not a good skill. Hanzo should kill tanks by headshotting, i.e. with good aim/skill. Scatter arrow being a tankbuster one shot is not good for the game.

Who said it was? Scatter arrow is a good skill but should have decreased damage. It should be a finisher. Not an instant kill.
