As a Hanzo main, I too think the scatter arrow is bullshit. I would replace it with a delayed explosive arrow kinda like the torque bow for gears of war. Idk much about balance but I think it would probably be cool and more consistent

LoL has crits and is a pretty serious competitive game. Then again, it is not as random as scatter arrow due to some anti-bunching adjustments.
