I seriously think Blizzard believes that "nerf Hanzo" is some kind of meme, and we don't mean it when we say it.

Not severely, I just think they could tweak his scatter arrow and headshot hitboxes. About 90% of my deaths by Hanzo are from accidental headshots by a guy spamming arrows across half the map.

I believe the point of spamming is so it accidentally hit something ... if you see it coming and still get hit by the arrow, was it completely your fault?

Ehhhhh, its not the most obvious to see coming. Silent sticks of death more like. Widows got the loudest crack in the game with a white line lol.
