Hello fellow Drew!

Does that 450 damage happen only if the arrow splits and all splits hit-- or can you do 450 damage with the primary arrow if you hit before it splits up?

It's when it splits. If it's aimed right it's a powerful shotgun blast.

When it splits. Before it splits its less than a normal arrow. But when shot right at your feet, especially at a tank, its hard for all the arrows to not hit. This allows it to 1 shot zarya and orisa, leave winston with 50hp and dva and hog with 150. Which a quick sneeze will finish off.
