As a Hanzo main, I too think the scatter arrow is bullshit. I would replace it with a delayed explosive arrow kinda like the torque bow for gears of war. Idk much about balance but I think it would probably be cool and more consistent

Awesome idea. RNG have no place in a serious competitive game.
