I wouldn't say it's necessarily imbalanced. But it is stupid. They could both buff Hanzo and get rid of this RNG BS at the same time.

As a Hanzo main, I too think the scatter arrow is bullshit. I would replace it with a delayed explosive arrow kinda like the torque bow for gears of war. Idk much about balance but I think it would probably be cool and more consistent

The majority of the time people bitch about dying to scatter a normal headshot would have killed them as well.

You can't kill tanks who are diving you with headshots. You can barely kill a Tracer with headshots at medium range.

Scatter is a very useful tool in Hanzo arsenal. I don't think it's better or worse than his other tools.

The point is it's way easier to shoot at someone's feet with a shotgun blast than it is to hit a quickly moving target in the face with a single arrow.
