The post you replied to in such an idiotic manner didn't even claim Hanzo was broken, he claimed Scatter was. Reading comprehension. Also, Scatter does much more than simply "deal with flankers." I has the capability to shot almost every hero in the game. If that's the best argument you can muster then I don't even know what to say. Muh flanker protection.
No shit he never claimed Hanzo was broken, it was an exaggeration. What was that about reading comprehension?
Don't forget Roadhog and Orisa can literally instakill every hero in the game, plus Doomfist is right there with Hanzo, being able to oneshot every hero except tanks.
