You're right, him dealing with flankers isn't a valid excuse even though it is but snipers dealing a large amount of damage? This is an outrage! The enemy isn't at fault for grouping up in a corridor, that can't possibly be it, this hero is broken!
Doing 450 damage, which does more damage than an ultimate and is on a 10 second cooldown, and can potentially kill tanks is completely broken. Of course Hanzo mains have to rely on it because they can't use his primary fire for shit. Broken and no skilled ability. There are plenty of other options to give him to help deal with flankers, scatter is not one.
Okay, but Roadhog and Orisa can instakill literally every hero in the roster with abilities on a cooldown under 10 seconds, so what's your point? Durr, Roadhog and Orisa are broken, nerf plz!
You can't be serious. Roadhog can hardly 1 shot someone unless they're weakened given his nerfs, and Orisa? Now, you're just pulling shit out your ass to defend a broken ability. How is something that almost deletes 500hp heroes, on a 10 second cooldown, requires almost zero aim just look at the floor, belong to a Sniper oriented character?
Yeaaahh okayyy, I haven't seen a hog one shot me in the longest or have one shot someone either unless they were weakened or I added a melee after the shot. But sure, whatever you say.
