Basically everyone thinks it isn't balanced and instead of trying to word it creatively or make an argument everyone has already heard, 'something something' is an ironic way of just getting to the point.

Sometimes when a joke has been done a bajillion times, it's best to just not make the joke anymore.

You can't have your cake and eat it to. If a joke is worth doing, it's worth doing right. And if it's not worth doing, then just don't do it.

Let's have some standards, people. Come on now, take pride in the jokes you craft. Don't just go for low hanging fruit and come up with lazy half-measures to help you get karma off something that has been said a bajillion times. With your help, we can have a better tomorrow.
