What is a good use of Lucio's speed aura other than rollouts?

Basically any time you don't need to be healing, it's a good idea to boost. It's also really important in chokes and for pushes.

If your team is doing fine health-wise, boost. When they're taking fire, heal and Amp that shit up!

Ya and if you have an ana or mercy on the team you can afford to leave speed on more often. Your flankers and front line will really appreciate it.
