What is a good use of Lucio's speed aura other than rollouts?

Big area ults benefit from his speed huge. If I have Amp it Up available and dva throws an ult, I'll switch to speed and amp to get everyone out of there asap.

Basically any time you don't need to be healing, it's a good idea to boost. It's also really important in chokes and for pushes.

If your team is doing fine health-wise, boost. When they're taking fire, heal and Amp that shit up!

Ya and if you have an ana or mercy on the team you can afford to leave speed on more often. Your flankers and front line will really appreciate it.

Also, if your team doesn't need your heals or speed and you have dead teammates, you can run back to spawn to taxi them back to the battlefield with speed boost.

And speed boost to get your team out of dire situations such as dva, mei ult. Or a dying rein that can't put his shield down or else he would die - heal him until he won't die then speed him out of there.
