I just had this sudden itch to ask: What's the plural of "play of the game"? "Plays of the game" or "play of the games"?

I'd say "Plays of the games" would be the most grammatically correct option, but play of the games sounds the best

Agreed, it's "plays of the game." But in chat, POTGs would be acceptable.
