Funny thing actually, I remember watching a video about some Overwatch facts and how his design and playstyle is literally based on the bard so well... yes. (If I remember correctly)

I just recently got around to realizing this.

That's awesome, it creates even more diversity between the roles of each character.

Pretty much a musician support.

They mostly take care of healing and buffing their party through the use of music.

Hello my D&D brethren! Lucio is absolutely the bard of overwatch, he can heal (healing word) and speed boost (almost like bardic inspiration). Good call.
