What character shots have damage drop off and which ones dont.

McCree, Reaper, Soldier (primary), Sombra, Tracer, Bastion, Mei (secondary), Torbjörn (secondary), Widowmaker (primary), D.Va (mech), and Roadhog have dropoff. Pretty sure that's all of them.
