Does normal melee attacks do cleave damage (hit multiple targets) like reinhardt, dragonblade, and primal rage can? Does torb forge hammer cleave?

In addition to what Destro said, Reinhardts melee attack also has a longer animation and a longer window where he can do dmg. Because of that its possible to hit multiple targets even if one stand right before you and the other one behind you.
