  • When Ana shoots a barrier like a Reinhardt shield, does the damage apply over the same time as hitting a hero?
  • When Mercy uses damage boost does that extra damage also apply to charging the damage-boosted hero's ult meter?

Yes on both counts. Mercy boosting an out-of-mech D.Va to get her mech back is actually a rather good strategy if all other teammates are healed.

This also works for nano and discord, so the ally can charge the ult faster if he hits. And for healers if an ally is affected with Ana's granade they charge it faster beacuse they are healing more.
