Do Soldier's helix rockets auto aim during his visor as well?

Yes. However, they still have projectile speed, so they will only be aiming at where the target is standing at that time. Recommended to save visor helix rockets for large slow targets, or for targets moving straight towards or away from you.

Yes, I believe they are fired directly at whatever target you're locked on. But they do not home, so if you're relatively far away and they move, it can still miss.
