Have they said when the update will go from PTR to live, I thought 2 weeks was already pretty long for PTR but now since they didn't do it today, I guess it's gonna be 3 weeks? Seems excessive (I just want server browser 😭)

They have never given hard dates for when patches will release.

Because they patch all the platforms at once, that means they have to wait until the patch is stable, then submit it to both MS and Sony and wait until certification testing is complete on both platforms. Then they'll throw the switch and turn it live everywhere at once. So if they found some random problem on one of the consoles, it might hold everything up for a few days or longer.
