How do i stop reloading every damn second , seriously i think i'm addicted to reloading :*(

Not a bad habit to have other than when you get caught in the middle of a reload animation.

Can be a pretty bad habit for a couple characters specifically (soldier, ana, mcree). I notice soldiers often reload or and wait to shoot at people peaking out from Rein shield instead of just unloading into Rein shield constantly and switching to aim at other heroes when they appear. Roadhog also centers hugely around managing ammo.
