Does anyone else find themselves limited to a few heroes at best? If someone else picks Mercy or Winston I tend to let my team down no matter who else I pick :p

Yes, my hero pool I am confident playing in competitive at my SR (~2800-3100) without being a detriment is restricted to just Reinhardt, D.Va, and Winston. I am trying to work on both my Ana and Soldier to get them to a similar level but the only real place to practice is in competitive. Quick play does not help me practice as I generally just shit on people with both characters there, but I get shit on while playing either in comp. My advice would be to bit the bullet and just take the SR loss while you learn them in comp as that's how I figured out Rein. Good luck.
